Raise Athletics is open 7 days a week, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your schedule as much as possible. However, to ensure that our facilities and services are available to those who need them, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the booking cost may be charged.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your booking, you will be charged the full cost of the drop-in rate.
Doubles Bookings: If you book for doubles but show up as two - three singles, the singles rates will apply.
This policy applies to all members, including Founders. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out via phone or email.

Yes, we offer group clinics and lessons for pickleball. These sessions cater to all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, and are led by certified coaches.

Absolutely! We welcome group bookings, including private events and tournaments, for all sports. Please email info@raiseathletics.com for pricing and availability.

Yes! We offer a selection of professional paddles available to rent for just $3.00 per session. While we don’t rent out balls or shuttlecocks due to the wear and tear from play, we have plenty available for purchase at the facility.

We offer pickleball, padel, table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball, and soccer.

No, we welcome both members and non-members for most programs and events. However, members enjoy exclusive benefits and discounts.

A payment profile is required prior to booking as a precaution against no-shows or late cancellations. However, no payment is required at the time of booking, and no charges will be made without authorization. This ensures a seamless booking process while helping us maintain fair and accessible scheduling for all players.

Occasionally, yes. In situations where reservations create unusable or wasted space, we may need to reallocate your booking to another court. This is only done when absolutely necessary, and we will always strive to assign a court similar to the one you originally reserved. Our goal is to ensure everyone has the best possible experience while maximizing court availability for all players.

DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is a global, standardized system that measures your skill level based on your performance in all events using DUPR. Club Ratings are specific to Raise Athletics and reflect your skill level within our leagues and events. Both systems help us ensure fair play and competitive matchups.

We are proud to host the largest indoor pickleball facility in Canada, with 22 individually fenced Laykold courts, perfect for tournaments, open play, and training.

For basketball and volleyball, fill out our inquiry form. For turf bookings, contact Allan Zebie at Top Tier Sports Training or email info@toptiersportstraining.ca. Pricing varies for schools, tournaments, and group bookings.

In addition to world-class courts and turf, we offer onsite dining at Grizzly's Kitchen (details coming soon) and Donna's Eatery. Relax and refuel after your games with delicious meals and snacks.

Court availability for pickleball, padel, tennis, and other sports can be checked and booked through CourtReserve. For basketball, volleyball, and turf, submit an inquiry form for details.

Yes, our Junior Academy focuses on training young athletes in pickleball, with top players from Edmonton and St. Albert training with us. Programs for other sports are also available.
